The renowned agency MetaDesign has modernized KfW’s identity by developing a new concept and look. KfW is Germany's government-owned development bank which is involved in numerous projects around the world. The new identity is directly reflected in its corporate design. The logo, the typography, the imagery, in short the entire KfW appearance is revised and converted into a contemporary form. The old fonts were replaced with the award-winning Centro Sans Pro family, which offers a great combination of classic and modern. By addressing the design challenges of our times, KfW may focus now on its original guiding principles which are trust, efficiency, motivation, quality and responsibility.
